This technique is one in which a groove is made in the bone so that a suture can be passed through and become the holding point for the brow lift. Patients enjoy the benefits of this technique as there are no screws, staples, or other devices used and patients cannot feel any device through the scalp. A blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) targets the area around the eyes by eliminating under-eye bags (lower blepharoplasty) or sagging eyelids (upper blepharoplasty).
